"We were originally introduced to Bridgepoint Ventures in early 2009, at a time when the market was at a real low point of its depression, and we were looking for new ways to increase our rate of sale and go against that market.

Since that first introduction little more than a year ago, we have processed transactions on over £40million GBP worth of real estate with Bridgepoint and its partners across two of our UK based development projects, even in this stagnant market. That's almost 200 individual units in addition to our traditional sales avenues, which continue in tandem as they had done previously. We've not had to sacrifice other good working relationships in favour of the Bridgepoint approach.
