EQUITY
Since 2005 BridgePoint Ventures has executed over £500m / $750m
worth of real estate projects, providing developers of over 55
projects with more than £60m / $90m in equity. Despite the credit
crisis, more than half of this equity has been provided since
2008.
Distressed Assets
BridgePoint Ventures has managed several distressed property
initiatives in the United States ranging from purchasing
non-performing note packages to acquiring foreclosed single family
homes directly from banks.
Development
BridgePoint Ventures holds property in trust and planning rights
on a private Caribbean island. We are seeking a Joint Venture
partner for residential and leisure development.
