Why retail? Our response is that conventional retail sales is NOT an efficient disposition method. History has consistently demonstrated that during market declines, recessionary periods and periods of stagnation, the conventional methods of utilizing a listing agent and/or auction have proven to be ineffective. This particularly applies to lower priced residential properties, in addition, the resources and staffing required to monitor the progress can be costly.

Our proven track record and proprietary disposition mechanism provides our lending partners with the ability to significantly increase revenues in a rapid and efficient manner. By outsourcing to us, lending institutions are able to maximize revenues on an asset by asset basis without having to increase fixed costs.
