institutions and funds in acquiring portfolios of distressed assets
(REO's and non-performing mortgages).
We provide credit enhancement facilities for construction
financing and joint-venturing with financial institutions who need
to dipose of portfolios of retail distressed assets.
We have successfully provided over $500,000,000 in credit
enhancement facilities through the Secured Exit Strategy to banks,
funds and lending institutions globally since 2005. We began
acquiring portfolios of distressed assets in April 2008, our first
portfolio purchase was from GMAC. We have been able to acquire
portfolios and assets from funds and banks by providing financial
institutions the ability to dispose of the assets that are
difficult to manage.
