funds: BridgePoint Ventures Group (BVG), EarthPoint Holdings (EPH)
and the co-management of the EquityBridge Arbitrage &
Opportunity Fund. Both BVG and EPH are closed for further
investment.

The BridgePoint Arbitrage & Opportunity Fund is limited to
non-US accredited investors. US accredited or institutional
investors may only invest or partner with our company on an 'a la
carte' or Special Purpose Vehicle basis.
Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV)
For US and non-US institutional investors seeking to invest $5
million or more, we will create a Special Purpose Vehicle
customized to meet your needs. By helping you through a methodical
discovery process, we are able to modify our investment methodology
to accommodate the your objectives. We continue to maintain a
strict focus on portfolios of residential REOs and non-performing
mortgages. During the discovery process, we gather the following

performance fees unless you desire an alternative method of
remuneration.
