Portfolio Procurement

Having entered into the distressed asset space approximately one year before the majority of our competitors, we have been able to secure the valuable and necessary relationships to procure portfolios of US domiciled residential non-performing mortgages, single family and multi-family REOs benefiting from deep discounts.

Although we do not actively pursue inventory on behalf of others, for the right type of clients, we can, on a case-by-case basis, leverage our social capital to obtain inventory for others.

Due to the valuable nature of the relationships, we have a very strict policy on the process of partnering with our institutional clients. The reason for this is because we hold our banking relationships in the highest esteem and are not willing to jeopardize these relationships for a short-term gain.

We require that the following process be completed in its entirety prior to making any introductions:

  • Mutual NDA
  • KYC Documentation
  • Client Intake Form
  • Proof of funds
  • Copy of identification of individual or all Managing Directors of entity
  • Utility bills (two months) of individual or all Managing Directors of entity
  • Operating Agreement and Articles of Incorporation (applicable only for entities) demonstrating that the Managing Director has complete voting rights
