- Mid Term Sale Leaseback (MTSL)
- Short Term Sale Leaseback (STSL)
By analyzing each project in detail, we are able to
determine the most appropriate strategy, customized on a bespoke
basis, to accommodate your needs.
The amount of time associated with delivering sales and closings
for each product is contingent on the size of the project, the
price points and the form of mortgage financing available
to our purchasers. Unlike the Presale Equity Programme
and Contractual Buy-Back programs, all Bulk Purchase programs
require mortgage financing which you must arrange with our help on
a project by project basis.
