performance fee basis, meaning that we are only remunerated when we

Our firm focuses on hotel, residential, student housing,
healthcare/retirement, and mixed-use development projects that have
obtained planning permission and require senior and/or additional
equity financing to proceed. Our minimum equity investment
per development is £1,000,000. Whilst we prefer
developers that already own their respective sites, we will work
with developers that have exchanged on a site and need additional
liquidity to complete on the purchase.
