DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
BridgePoint Ventures seeking Development Manager with UK
Project Management Experience

Join a boutique property investment firm that specializes in
financing and developing city centre hotels, student housing and
large residential blocks in London and other key UK city centre
locations.
We are seeking an organized, analytical, diligent, problem
solving professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to
multi-task.
The candidate will need to be a MRICS qualified surveyor with a
minimum of four years post qualification experience. He/she
will require a proven track record in project management and/or
development management across various asset classes, ideally with a
focus on city centre hotels. Strong understanding of financial and
property aspects as well as competent cash flow analysis, financial
modeling and Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
The position will entail:
- Being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and
still able to apply a sense of reality.
- Appointment and/or oversight of a professional team and/or
co-developer on each scheme to ensure profitable delivery.
- Daily project management decision making and communication with
the board
- Maintaining and developing banking and agency contacts where
appropriate, together with working alongside Joint Venture
Partners.
- Ensuring best practice at all levels with an understanding of
Corporate Responsibility and importantly a team player.
